The Indian Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts every year the common written exam for short listing eligible candidates in different categories available under Specialist Officer Post. The applicants qualifying the exam in required merit and cut off are called to appear in the interview for final selections in participating organizations. The IBPS SPL-IV is scheduled to be held for all candidates to short list them under Officers Cadre posts tentatively in February months of 2015. Criteria of Eligibility:
The candidates should possess the minimum educational eligibility as specified for concerned recruitment.
For IT Officers: The candidates should have a bachelor degree in engineering (CS/ IT/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Instrumentation or PG Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ CS/ IT/ Computer Applications or Graduation along with DOEACC ‘B’ Level.
For agricultural Field Officers: The candidates should have a degree of four years in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Sciences/ Dairy Sciences/ Agricultural Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing & Cooperation/ Co Operation & Banking/ Agro- Forestry.
For Rajbhasha Adhikari: The candidates should have a PG Degree in Hindi with English studies at graduation level or PG Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi subjects studied at graduation level.
For HR/ Personnel Officer: The candidates should have passed graduation and full time PG Degree or full time PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ IR/ HR/ HRD/Social Work/Labor Law respectively.
For marketing Officer: The candidates should have passed graduation and full time degree in MBA (Marketing) or full time PG Diploma in Business Administration / PGDBM in Marketing specialization.

Age Criteria:
The applicants must have their ages not less than 20 years and more than 30 years for getting eligible in the posts mentioned.

The applicants should appear and qualify the written exam and interview scheduled to be held on dates specified for selections in the post of Specialist Officer Scale I.
